Negotiations Update - September 14, 2026

Dear USE members:

Your USE negotiating team met with members of AFA management’s committee on Thursday, September 10th for our fourth session.

While we are still far apart on management’s compensation proposal, we did make progress on several other areas.

We expect to meet with management this week, as our contract expires at midnight on September 30, 2026.
