Negotations Update - August 22nd, 2026

Dear USE members:

Your USE negotiating team met with members of AFA management’s committee on Friday, August 21st for our second session.  We received their compensation proposal.  It was underwhelming and your committee considered it very inadequate.

Not everyone on the negotiating committee was able to attend this session, so we will meet over the weekend, ensure that we are all on the same page and report out more information soon.  Our next session with management is Wednesday, September 2nd.
