Terms of Agreement

Duration: 1 year (1 year “extension”)

Expiration: September 30, 2026

Set IN-Person negotiations dates: The parties agree to meet in person a minimum of two weeks including July 14-16 and August 11-13. Dates may be revised by mutual agreement.

Section 8: Grievance Time Limits: A. Clarify time limits by inserting the word “working” before “days”

Pay Increase: 3% to every pay step

Metrochecks: If an employee can substantiate that they spend in excess of $100 utilizing the metro to commute to work, then they will be eligible for reimbursement up to and additional $50 per month.

Vaccinations: All current vaccines will remain covered though next year (2026). AFA will provide a written confirmation.

Ballot Timeline
